PS Pump RCSK18330 Different Models ??

I ordered a new pump from Midwest Military Equipment, removed the old pump, installed the new one on the bracket not paying much attention to an exact match. I installed the pump on the truck(6.5/V-belt)and I noticed the center soft line nipple was hitting on the cylinder head allowing no adjustment and no way to get the hose on. So I pulled it back off and compared the two pumps, the center nipple on the new pump is higher, it's 2 7/8 from the bottom and the original is 2 1/2", both nipples on the new pump are 1 1/4 long and the original is 1". There is no way this new pump is going to fit. I was curious if anyone else has run into this issue ?
