Pulling M198A1 dolly with M1009

This was a hoopty looking setup! I think the dolly weighs in at 3,250# and is about all I would want to tow with the M1009 (no brakes and no lights). It was a little bouncy and the fifth wheel did flip forward a few times. I was able to pull it 150 miles or so without any problems.

Heck, considering what we've seen posted on here before, that doesn't look too bad. Of course next someone will hook a flatbed to the dolly and put a dump truck on it just to show they can get er done!

Looks do-able to me! Although it does bring "The Little Engine That Could" to mind when I imagine a trailer on the dolly
