Don't try to nitpick on what's wrong here or you'll drive yourself crazy. Ratchetstrapped-in gastank and no harnesses or seatbelts on the buggy, no towlights, you name it. I had just got it running and driving and I was hot to get it out.

sweet! I haven't been following all the forums lately, but did you build that? It so happens I have a donor Chevy truck (well, once I pull the engine and axles out of mine <img src="emoticons/icon_smile_approve.gif" alt="Approve">) and have a buggy planned, albeit not to THAT extent of harcoritude!

Just for fun, and the engine is a 94 Caprice LT1. Something like 280 hp stock or something ridiculous.

Beefed up 4L60e tranny, 2 tcases, and of course, rockwells and 53's.

Still got some small issues, but otherwise I'm real happy.

I think the real trick to accomplish will be to ffit the Spicer 6855 .695-OD tranny INTO the deuce. Should be doing that swap in about a month - I cannot WAIT WAIT WAIT to have a solid, powerful deuce!
