pump pics and questions

I have been reading differnt posts and have questions .in my pics to increse fuel or turn up a truck i adjust b remove cover and turn allen head clockwise at 1/8 turn incremens correct or not and have questions with what a and c are to adjust thanks

ok been reading here for 2 hours do u use c or b to adjust it seems they bolth do the same thing is this correct

Use C. There are 2 nuts on the bolt labeled in C. Use the one on the inside (closest to the pump) to adjust. The outside nut is the lock nut, tighten it back down on the inside nut once you have the inside nut set.
