Quad Cab Bobbed Deuce

I am new to the SS site. I am about to embark on my first Bobbed Deuce project and want to make it a crew cab (4 door). I have seen several examples on the site and I am asking if anyone can tell me how they exactly built the cab? Did they use a donor cab and put two together or did they fabricate the longer cab and use two donor doors?

I am using an M109A3 as the donor vehicle for my project. Any and all help and advise is appreciated. I am real excited to get started.
