Question from New 998 RE: oil filter issue

Hi Guys, pretty new m998 owner and not a mechanic... looking from the underside of the truck I see some oil leaking around the oil pan and the oil filter looked also oil stained... Grabbed a towel and when cleaning the filter I turned it by hand gently to make sure it was tight and the whole piece where the filter screws into seems loose... What is this piece called? How do I get it tightened?

There should be a huge bolt head to tighten. The bolt points up. Oil filter adapter.
