Question on Doghead relay

Just installed the Doghead starter relay and I notice that when I first crank the relay makes a noticable SNAP. Is this normal? The engine does start okay.

Yes thats what a solenoid is supposed to sound like.

Yes. It's one of the happiest sounds a CUCV can make.

They probably would have or will here too. But don't worry about it, go ahead and ask. There are plenty of others that will chime in and give you an answer!
