Do I need to submit an EUC for each item?

Do I need to put the item number on the form somewhere along with the event number?


What if I am not sure if I will keep the item but may resell it some time in the future? Do I need to put “for intended use” in block 1A or check block 1B or 1E?

read the first page of the EUC. It will tell you what to put where. I filled out my first today and it too a little time and rereading but just do what your told.

“for intended use” = Personal use

Best way to do the EUC's is online. You fill in the blanks and the software won't let you make mistakes. It's on the GL website. Sale and item fills in at the proper places. Then , just print and fax/mail.

Also GL has a pretty good online 1-on-1 chat to help you out. Usually works better than trying to make phone contact anyway.
