Radiator hoses not hot and no pressure?

Well my solid $2400 cucv is at it some more. I just got it a few weeks ago. Had some vibration issues and still do, but that's another thread. I am trying to figure out why neither hose from the radiator has pressure...I let it warm up for about 10 minutes and the hoses do not have any pressure to them. You can actually squeeze them shut. Heater blows hot...but I am getting the feeling here that my water pump or something is gone. Anyone go ahead and confirm this for me or tell what I should do first?

10 minutes is to little time.
Sounds like low coolant and or bad rad cap.
I'd start it cold, with rad cap off ,and watch coolant, you can usually see when the thermostat opens. also check for bubbles or foam in coolant, blown head gasket ? I'd put a new radiator cap on I've had
caps go bad in the past and no pressure was one of the symptoms hope this helps

could have been two things..

bad thermostat or a small leak thus letting in air.

I noticed that if the coolant is low the pressure will be low too.
