Radiator Shroud Repair

I removed my radiator today to replace broken pop rivets that hold the shroud in place. I flushed the radiator and engine block which was surprisingly clean. My original plan was to replace the hoses and belts while the radiator is off but the currentl belts and hoses look almost as new as the replacements I purchased.

Would you go ahead and replace them anyway or keep the new ones as spares?

I'm exactly where you are, with the same project going on with 2 deuces; unfortunately my radiators were beyond repair. The belts on my keeper truck look bad so I have to replace them. From my own personal experience, if the belts look worn in any way I would replace them and maybe keep the take-offs as emergency repairs. As to the hoses, since the radiator is is already out, you might want to at least replace the lower hose.
