Ratio/RPM odd ball question

Guys. I saw a fellow selling what appears to be a M1008. However. He has removed the 6.2/turbo 400. In its place he has installed a 5.7/700r4 (he even swapped cabs with a clean 2wd cab). Anyways with the stock ratio axles. OD trans, and figure 31s, any gustimate at Highway speed RPMs?
