All,
I am looking for a "stock 2 pipe exhaust kit" for a M1009. M1009 is stock from Uncle Sam. I dont want crazy "drone" mufflers, nothing that needs welding. Just a ready to go bolt on kit from the headers back to the tail pipes. Whats on there now is bone stock factory Uncle Sam parts. yes, I have searched, but most threads go into " hot rod upgraded" stuff. I have no problem with some increased performance stuff, but want "install it in an afternoon and be done with it" type kit. I got enough other things to fix on this truck.
My problem is finding a kit for the 6.2 diesel motor. All the major sites list stuff for the 350 Gas motor. Found some people saying the gas stuff works on the diesels, but looking to confirm
