Rear lockout hub and axle

I've decided that I'm going to "unlock" one of my rear axles. I've found hubs, but I'm having a hard time finding the double splined axle. Are these in stock somewhere or do I need to have them made. (I did find the dimensions on this site). Are there kits out there from a single supplier?
