Anyone else noticed the trend that lots of items on gl are going to a reserve price?

I have 3 different kinds of stuff in 3 different locations on my watch list that all have reserve prices now?

Are they government items or private party?

Reading GL's new contact, it show that GL is now buying the gov items before they sell them. Maybe they want to guarantee their profit.
