Ok these are not speedi sleeves and there is no correct PVC pipe to install these correctely. I found a peice of exhaust pipe from my M915 that fits just about correct to catch the the install collor at the end of the ring /wiper. I took my ring/wiper off just to look at the spindle and there was nothing wrong with my spindle. The ring /wiper is used to increase the diameter of the spindle as the seal would be loose if it was not used. I also found that the ring /wiper I got from Memphis has some kind of coating on it and it feels like sand paper. You can run your fingernail over it and feel it. I took a scotchbright and removed it from where the seal rides and the install spindle side to ease install. My pipe is 12" long and I use a block of wood at the outher end and a BFH. Here are the pics of the two, one not cleaned and the outher ring/wiper ready for install.
Just to remind you the ring wiper is not install by hitting the leading edge or the closes to the hub. They are install useing the raised lip on the back side. You do not need to heat the ring /wiper or cool the hub to install correctely.
I had my dust shields off and removal of the ring/wiper was easey useing my 12" long small brass rod and tapping one side then the outher and it slid right off. No chisles not grinding!!!!!!
