I would like to share my experience and how i cleaned out the fuel systems on my new to me 002 and 003. I started with removing the fuel tanks and cleaning them out to discover slime, tar, rust and goo..I put them off to the side and ran the suction and outlet fuel lines into a clean white bucket. after cleaning out the fuel pumps and removing the fuel filters i circulated fuel and sea foam through the system without starting it. I put a paint strainer funnel on the return line to catch the crap going through..very dirty. I then added fuel filters and started with new full strength sea foam and after letting it run through everything i turnedl it over a few times to get through the ip and injectors....I let it soak overnight and added 1/2 gal of diesel fuel to my bucket with the sea foam and started it up..took a bit and white smoke pouring out but it cleared up quick.. so i hooked the electric garage heater and let er rip for an hour today..as the bucket would get empty of seafoam and diesel I added another full can of sea foam and it ran no different than on diesel full..Had to be mostly seafoam..now finer black crap was coming out of the return line and eventually I switched to all fuel with no particles going back to the bucket..I think this worked great and would recommend this to clean out the fuel system..hope that helps someone
