S-250/G Shelter Entrance Boxes

Hello!
I have a recently acquired S-250/G shelter that was stripped of its equipment. I am in the process of turning back into a communications shelter. Right now, its living on a utility trailer.

I am looking for information on the various entrance boxes used for antennas, power, etc. This shelter has a signal/entrance box on the right front corner.

I would like to locate a source of an additional box to use for antenna connectors. I've seen variations on different boxes, but no numbers.

I was able to remove the equipment rack from another shelter, but nothing that penetrated the walls... I've reassembled the rack and working out the electrical layout now

Anyone scrapped one of these and saved any of the hardware or entrance boxes?

Do you mind me asking where you "acquired" this, how much it set you back, and are there any more?

This one came from Sam Winer Motors in Akron, OH. They probably have 30+ of these. Most are Forward Radar units with extensive brackets etc on the roof. Most of the equipment has been removed. They've been sitting there for approximately 10 years. The other units had all kinds of what I was looking for - but it would have taken some doing to remove an entrance box. The shelters are intact structurally for the most part.

Mine needs some repairs - some holes in the roof resulted in some water being trapped inside between the panels. Its draining out after a couple of strategically placed holes were drilled on the inside and the outside holes temporarily patched with silicone.

I also need to get ahold of some of the CARC paint - found good info here on SS - I'll be checking with Sherwin Williams to try and locate a gallon.

These things are really great - where else could you come up with a ham/communications shack that would survive EMP?

Works well - I can go inside while on my cell phone - shut the door and immediately lose coverage. The tower is about 1.5 miles away....

Not so much - but I did have to rig lights when it rained the other day - when I shut the door, I couldn't see a thing - no light at all - the hatches have screens and filters in them, still not enough light to do anything.

I ran an extension cord inside through the old heater exhaust port and rigged a couple of lights. I am swapping out the military A/C connector on the entrance box for a Marinco 30 amp twistlock inlet connector - hole is the same size, just needs new holes drilled for the mounting flange.
