Seat Problems

The seats on my m1009 both tilt forward, as in they never lock back is this normal?

For example i can grab either one and pull it part way forward, but have to use the lever to get them all the way down.

Again is this normal?

Always check your -10 and it is searchable.
From the -10:
"The seat back lock on M1009 vehicles does not activate unless vehicle is at a 30 degree incline." Wayne
