Selecto hubs

Who has the best price on selectro hubs? I like the AVS but they stick out to far for me.....

The AVM lock out hub from John Tennis, sticks out 1" further than the original hub. One inch.

The avm lock outs I have seen look like they are 4 or 5 inches tall?
