SF97 and Unknown Manuf/date

I am intested in a particular M35A2 however when I went to inspect the truck the plate does not bear a manufacturer nor does it bear a manufacturing date. It does have a SN like xxxx-xxxxx (x=numbers). When I view the GL website it also lists unknown manuf/date however it does give the same SN as well as a USA # of XXGXXXXX (x=numbers) . Is there going to be a problem getting this truck licensed or getting a title w/the SF-97 form??

The manufacturer and the date can be determined from the contract number that should be on the plate along with the serial number. Purchase a truck and then post the numbers here and somebody will tell you who and when...
