SF97 question

Won an M109 van last week on GL. I looked at the data plate today and no manufacturer date is listed. So...... how do I ascertain the date for the SF97 request?

make one up?

What are the first two digits of the VIN - this number, or lot number, can give you a really good approximation of the YOM
You know what? Go ahead pick a YOM, who at a DMV is really going to know, especially with a deuce. You can also have a data plate made to match what you put on the SF97. Just my

I found out today its a 68 repower. Has 68 as last two digits in serial number. thanks for the help
