Shackle Mounts

I am currently overseas but planning to build a dirt bike carrier that will fit on the rear shackle mounts of my M1009. I dont know if someone can do me a favor and measure the tube that the mounts are made out of. I know they have a 1" hole. Kinda want to model it after the one winch mount I saw on here with the reciever tubes but I want it to be a little tighter fit.

Any help would be appreciated.

Do you know if they are the same as the pickup? I have a 1028, and can measure them for you tomorrow, if it will help.
