I say a couple of Oshkosh wt2206 snow blowers go a week or 2 back on GL. One closed at 3100 and the other 5ish, I suppose at those numbers, given they both where operational, a guy could make that work. What sayith you;-)

For vehicle shipping, I'd talk to Carlile http://www.carlile.biz; they are the most common commercial vehicle shipper up here. Then you get into barging quotes with the different companies if you don't want it on the road all the way.

I will guarantee you this; it will be cheaper to drive it yourself then to ship it. Expect quotes of a minimum of $0.75 per mile! Barges are approximately $0.50 per pound and up.

Those snow blowers were nice, but beat up extremely hard. One I looked at was operational for the blower, but the primary vehicle was missing its transmission.

EDIT - Was talking with a co-worker and her husband that does some limited OTR trucking within AK. He also suggested contacting Lynden as they also have a barge service. They do quotes on their webpage.
