Found this substitute for the gromet and it seems to fit reasonably well. from McMaster-carr
You may be able to get them cheaper elsewhere, but at least you have the specs here. It is not an exact match but I could not finf an exact match out on the web,
Note: This is not a perfect fit, but reasonable.
You need to be careful when sliding the cover on
the arm or it will make the grommet pop out.
I suggest a little lube just on the grommet.
