single axle on a deuce without bobbing

i tried a search but came up with nothing....

has anyone done or seen a deuce with just one rear axle and leaving the 12' bed alone.
put singles on front and rear.
it would be kind of like the newer cabover 2 1/2 tons that are used now. dose anyone have a pic of one done??
