Slotted Frame Extensions - Winch

I got a pretty complete Winch setup for my Deuce this weekend, all but the cab linkage and pto. But the frame extensions have been slotted to fit a M715. I think it will bolt up fine I just wonder about the stability of the mount with the amount of material removed?

PS: I need a pto and Linkage for my Deuce and a complete setup for my 5 ton, I only have the winch for it, a level winder/tensioner would be good for the 5 ton to, if anyone has one for sale!
