SOFTSEAL windshield weatherstrip?

Anyone use the Softseal brand of windshield weather-strip? I contacted the company and they have the seal, but they said there is no locking strip. I was under the impression that the stock seals had a locking strip.

Anyone have any good sources for the windshield weather-strip?

I have good clean used ones. Or get one from a salvage yard. I just pulled one from a 1991 K5 I scrapped out.

I seem to remember some GM trucks that didn't have a lock strip, no idea if it was factory(doubt it was). sorry I can't help more.
