Source for large blind spot mirrors?

I don't have the OEM convex mirrors on my truck and would like to add some. The only stick-on ones I've found top out at about 4-5". I picked up a pair of these but they're on the small size and fit entirely inside the factory lower mirror so I'm not sure how useful they'll be. Does anyone make a 6" without having the screw bracket on the back?

Those are MRAP mirrors. Lots of sellers on Ebay have them.
