Spicer 6352 transmission help

I have some questions about the spicer 6352 trans (non OD) in my M54A2. It grinds almost every gear and the fluid that was drained from the unit was full of brass shavings and black. Is it worth rebuilding? If so, does anyone know of a good source for parts? On a side note, if you know of a good take out unit in or near Washington state, PM me.

Thanks in advance

All your synchronizers are shot. A different take out trans may be cheapest. Call around to Memphis Equip and Sam Winer Motors.
