If you’ve checked all your steering components and everything is nice and tight but you still need a lot of wiggling just to stay in the lane this could be a solution for you. Remove lower section of the steering shaft-the removal of the shaft is covered on the pages 468 of the -20 and 769 of the -34 manuals. Tap off the cover and you’ll see two small bearing blocks held on the pins by a tension spring. As you can see on the pics one of mine bearing blocks was completely busted and cracked. Also check lower column bearing and the plastic adapter -white part on my pics, mine was fine, just added some grease…….
