Steering modification kit Q

Anyone know what this kit does or makes better on the truck when it's installed?
I see em all over on eBay but can't see or figure what ya gain from it.

If you are talking about those kits that have the steering column and a pair of sort of U shaped brackets and some hardware, This is to make the steering column mounting less likely to be pulled out of place. If you notice yourself pulling on the steering wheel when you enter the vehicle, then get a kit. If you save your money.
