Stryker tubes?

I have 12.00 R20 Michelin XML Radials on 10 bolt rims on
my M54A2 and am running into seal problems due to the
condition of the rims. I would love to buy nice new rims or
fix the old ones, but that will have to wait until I have a lot more money.

It says on the tire that it can be used with tubes designated for radial tires.

Is there anyone out there using tubes with these tires?
A source would be nice and the correct nomenclature for the part
would be helpful.

Just call a truck tire shop and tell them you need radial tubes for that tire. I run tube in my 12.50R20 just fine.
