Stuck injection pump shutoff arm

I have a few spare engines that I had neglected for a couple of years and wanted to get running again. One had a stuck shutoff arm. I ended up swapping one from a spare pump but even some of the spares were stuck. I had zero luck with applying penetrating oil over a period of several days, heating with a propane torch, trying to force it free, etc. I soaked one in a glass of 91% isopropyl alcohol, moved the shaft periodically, and it freed up overnight.
