Stuck- M816 electric brakes

My M816 electric parking brake is stuck on, it wont disenguage, To release the electric brake all you are suppose to have to do is depress the brake pedal and it disenguages but it wont any ideas wrecker guys.

Sounds like your micro lock is stuck.

Make sure the 24 volt is not on, should only be temporary when engaging the brake.
Perhaps have someone tapping it physically as the brakes are applied?
