The example at the VMMV is CAL-1 the only remaining EFV (Exeditionary Fighting Vehicle) Prototype. This thing is huge, looks like a Winnebago.

That is the land demonstrator. The Sea demonstrator is a different body/hull and has different parts. They were built as two separate parts to test the appropriate configurations. I've climbed around in that Land demonstrator unit though.

The new AAV knocks the socks off the old one. We aren't "Stuck" with it.
