Test equipment in case at Wright Patterson Base in Ohio

I have a case its a piece of test equipment. The listing says 100lbs on the pallet I think its around 75 pounds for the unit itself. The case has handles. I didnt realize when bidding that it wasnt at the Lockbourne or related sites. My fault. I was going to have it picked up by a freight truck but the GL guy at Wright Patterson said no one will take it because its not strapped down. Anyone in the area that can pick it up for me. I can pay for gas and stuff or send you some tow straps or other goodies I have.
