A few ;pictures from today.
A few pics before I start cleaning her up. Not much body work but any touch-ups will require a complete paint job as nothing will match. Probably no work on it till winter and spring.

Shelter is stock and complete with some very minor exceptions. The exceptions will be fixed.

I can here the teletype clanging away even now.... If you've never heard a teletype machine run before it is very interesting. Mechanical music to me...

I once officed in a corner of an OPS BAY with 250+ Duplex Teletypes clattering away 24/7. Let's see, what can I compare that to.....um.... I'll put it this way.... Our Deuce is "silent running" compared to that OPS Center.I can here the teletype clanging away even now.... If you've never heard a teletype machine run before it is very interesting. Mechanical music to me...

BTW: While that noise drove some troops to DRINKING, I NEVER did that - I feared entering that room with a HANGOVER.
