thickness/gauge of steel used in cargo bed floor

Does anyone know the thickness or gauge of the steel used in the floor of the cargo bed of the deuce?

I can measure mine tomorrow if you like. I've looked at it and I'm going to say 16ga (1/16") off the top of my head but I could be wrong .

I've installed a dump on my truck and the floor is a little light for my application. I try and be very careful when dumping large rocks into the bed but I've still already got a few dents. If it gets too bad I may add a thicker floor.

Not sure what the gauge is but mine measures 3/16". That is a lot of sawsall blades.

3/16 sounds about right. Thats what mine is.

...... only 3/32" here! Plan is to rebuild/replace one floor completely using 1/8" marine grade steel.
