[2] [/2]My question is about registration and inspection I have successfully registered my m35a2 at 20,000#
I read somewhere that I dont need to have inspection (I think it was one of MV Trucker's replys) is this true?
I asked the person behind the desk at dmv and the response was not what I wanted to hear :banghead:(I don't know)
so once again I'm reaching out for some guideance.

You registered it heavy enough to require inspection. No inspection for diesel trucks 10,000 GVW to 16,000 lb. GVW, that's why I registered mine under 16,000 lb. GVW. I never carry a load, so I'm okay. If you don't plan on heavy loads or don't sweat scales, then go back and reregister for under 16,000. My CUCV M1008 and M1009 are required to be inspected because their GVW is less than 10,000 lb.
A direct e-mail to the link below would have gotten you a much faster response.
