Hey, Guys!
I have an older Onan, Generator / Charging Plant,
110 VAC 1000 WATT / 24VDC 30 AMP
It came out of a, Navy MB-51 Crash Truck
I would like to hook it up, VIA. Slave cable and fuses,
To my CUCV 1008, For remote generator starting,
battery charging and block heating (600 WATTS)
During power failures. (WILL THIS FRY MY BATTRIES??)
ANY INFO. WILL BE APPRECIATED!!

the slave system goes straight to the bus bar, it feeds voltage to the starter and then to the GP's through the resistor on the firewall. you shouldn't have any issues with the batt's. Although regarding your block heater, you have a 12v or 24v heater?
