The drivers side (left) tie rod end incorporates the tie rod. It's a MOOG DS905. Only the passenger side (right) is a replacable tie rod end. I'd also replace the right side (MOOG ES2011R), as well as the adjusting sleeve (MOOG ES2012S). Check TM 9-2320-289-20P figure 101 for an illustration. A word of caution, check the threads on the tie rod(s) before you leave the parts store, these are packaged like crap and to rethread them is a PITA!
All in all it's a pretty simple job to replace them if you have the proper tools.
