Here is a simplified explanation of -10 Operators Manual. I have used the TM 9-6115-641-10 Operator's Manual, for the MEP-802A Generator as an example. But just about every -10 manual I have ever read, is basically set up the same. Too many people ignore the -10 manual. It is the basic document anyone who has a piece of technical equipment should read at least twice before attempting to operate equipment. There are a number of threads that back that statement up. Had someone read the book, it would have all been clear. Been there, done that too.
