I got to inspect my Deuce today while waiting for EUC clearance and noticed the front drivers side rear tire looks "funny", bulges on the sidewall, is this anything to worry about? The tires are all Firestone 1200x20s.

Your tires don't have a forward or backward tread design....they were designed to function uni-directional. All the tires are mounted in the same direction on the rims.... this makes all the ones on the right in one direction and all the ones on the left in the opposite direction. The resulting tracks left by the vehicle don't leave a signature as to which direction it was traveling. No sheet......

I would bet those tires are Michelins, not Firestones. I've never seen a Firestone produced XL tire. The tires are non-directional, but I always mount mine so they are facing the "correct" way.
