Afternoon folks, I am also in the market for a paper copy of a TM 5-3431-221-15 for a Libby welding corp LTO-300 gasoline powered welder,(FSN 3431-253-0558 ) I searched here and online and found nothing.

Closest I can find is TM 5-3431-228-34P for the
WELDING MACHINE, ARC:

According to the Maintenance Expendable limits manual, Libby made some similar machines that are covered in TM 5-3431-205-20P (LE-300, LEW300, and LEB300), for a diesel one the TM is 5-3431-201-20P (ODW-300).
