The Tm's download very slow for me and I would like to know what TM's I need to open for the removal/install os my cab on my duece.

If you copy the TM's to your computer, it should copy, faster than it will download to read from the (SS)site. Then you can open them on your computer anytime and faster.
I have a folder on my computer that I have copied the TM's to and when I view it, I view the files as Thumbnails. It helps me to "see" the covers of the TM's to find the one I need.

From a "I did this a few months ago" perspective. I would suggest the following:
Use two or more movable lift points to pick up the cab. A single engine hoist will do it if you remove your running boards and spend hours getting the balance just right.
Removal of the steering box and column is the best thing you can do to make the cab moving process work smoothly.
Remove the t-case shifter handle. It won't clear with the steering column still installed.
Make some kind of attachment points to lift the cab. The handles on the back will work and so will the gun ring mount on the passenger side front. But, you don't really have anything on the drivers front. So, making something to bolt where your windshield bolts to the cowl would be a big help.
I will think of more stuff and post up as my memory starts working again.
