I need assistance in identifying what this type of receptical/plug is called. I am searching for both the cable plug connectors and dust caps.
Thank you in advance.

The reason no one has tried to help you is because you posted this thread in the wrong forum. So I moved it.

Having said that, if you take the locking nut off, and pull the plug out of the hole and look at the back side of the plug, you should find a part number. That can help ID the part.

It also might help if you tell us what/where its mounted on.

Thank you for the assistance. It’s the headphone jack plug from a TOCNET intercom box. I am attempting to wire up a plug that will accept commercial aviation headsets into the jack.

They are usually referred to as Cannon plugs or Amphenol connectors
There should be a code printed on it (usually in tiny lettering) that will identify it's size and type, number of pins, etc. You can then look it up on the web and find matching parts. Attached is an example with the code visible.

They can be a bit confusing, but there are tutorials on the web to help explain them.

Cheers
