total light failure

m1009, all the lights, signals etc. went out. this happened once before, and they all just came back on.
so, any ideas, i'm at a loss. volt meter showed ok
thanks in advance for any help

First check the fuse, it is a 30 amp. this happened to me when the fuse didn't have a good connection and no power got to my lights. i would turn the switch on then wiggle that fuse and i bet they come on. then check ALL grounds, then check to make sure the switch is working.

Does your horn still work? Since the horn is tied into the black out light switch, it find it a good indicator of where to start looking. If it works, then the master light switch is getting power and in the proper position for the service lights/blinkers/brake lights to work.
