Looks awesome. Why is it that everyone can seem to prefect CTIS except the US? Do we just over-engineer everything?

No not over engineer, very much under, Norway for example has deuces that have single wheels, Power steering diff locks on all axles and other improvements. You can see the minute detail and finish that goes into every nut bolt and fitting in videos and pictures of those (eastern block) trucks and tanks. I can watch those auto loaders time and time again,

Yes true. The weapons have to be DE-activated to a standard. But there are big guns that fire, and have permission to do so. Friend of mine used to get a (friendly!) police escort through the towns to get to the event.
