Tractel GripHoist vs. JET

I was in the market for a Tractel (tirfor) GripHoist, and then I learn that J.E.T. makes the same type of tool. Does anybody have experience with the JET brand? Are the JETs just re-branded Tractels? Any difference in reliability or build quality between the two? I appreciate any feedback...

JET has been in business for decades and is well respected in the industrial community. They have good quality products. I would not hesitate to buy their equipment.
