Where do you fill the transfer case on a 543A2 wrecker??? I hope it is not on top since I don't have the crane working yet!

Just below the front output shaft on the driver's side. 90 wt. approx. 51/4 quarts.

Get a 5gal bucket with a pump its the easyset thing to do.

We have rigged up a large deep funnel with a long piece of 3/4 clear tubing. Feed the gear lube in from the bed and let gravity do the work. I hope we can get some angle on the t-case opening. It seems they have drained everything on the wrecker so we are getting some speed training on refilling everything before Tysons get tired of us taking up their space.
